TASTING NOTES: The newest incarnation of our signature table red wine. This Vino Rosso is medium-bodied with focused and structured fruit. This fruit, in harmony with our oak aging, gives this wine a sleek cherry-wood finish. Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, & Syrah.
WINEMAKER NOTES: Vino Rosso is a signature blend that is compiled from selected barrels that meet a specific criteria: to be compatible with all palates. Though the proportions of varietals in each Series of Vino Rosso may change, that simple criteria does not. Over 2 years of oak-aging in a blend of American, French, and Hungarian oak barrels.
FOOD PAIRING: Flank Steak, Cured Meats, Sun-Dried Tomatoes
