At this time, we can only ship to Florida, New York & Pennsylvania. Please be sure to check back with us, as we may add additional states in the future.

ALL WINE ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED AND SIGNED BY AN ADULT 21 OR OLDER. Tracking information will be provided once shipped. Tracking is the responsibility of the customer. If no one is home to sign for the package, they may try to redeliver. If the package is returned to us after 7 days of no successful delivery, the customer can pick it up at Ventosa or pay an additional expense for a re-delivery.

We offer shipping via UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. Orders may take up to two business days to process before shipping.

Shipping rates are actual FedEx shipping rates based on weight and to the state to which the shipment is going.

During months of extreme temperatures (January, February, July, August and December), we prefer to ship wine on Monday if the transit time is longer than 2-3 days to avoid the wine being held in a warehouse with uncontrolled climate. We will inform you if this is the case.
