TASTING NOTES:
A blend of Pinot Gris & lightly-oaked Pinot Noir give a harmonious array of sensory notes. An herbaceous nose sets up clean, fresh notes of cantaloupe and tea-like tannins with a pleasantly spicy finish.
WINEMAKERS NOTES:
Long, cool fermentation with Pinot Gris for enhanced aromatics and 2 years oak-aging on a very light Pinot Noir.
FOOD PAIRING:
Bagels & Lox, ceviche, & cheesecake.
