WINEMAKER NOTES: Smooth tannins give this 13-year old wine a nice mouth feel.

FOOD PAIRING: Roasted turkey with an apple cider brine and pork chop fried with caramelized apples, onions, and maple syrup as well as rib-eye & gorgonzola.
