Bronze Medal (82 points) 2022 NY Wine Classic

TASTING NOTES:
Zesty nose of aromatic orange peel that persists throughout the tasting, joined by notes of honeysuckle, marmalade, & a hint of coriander.

WINEMAKER NOTES:
Was originally supposed to be Dry Riesling, but troubled fermentation and a delicious outcome made the winemaker adjust his plan.

FOOD PAIRING:
Grilled Salmon. Polenta. Candied Walnuts.
