A sleek, medium-bodied wine, featuring notes of dark cherry, plum, and rhubarb. This rich fruitiness is complimented by slightly savory undertones and soft tannins.
WINEMAKER NOTES:
This parent grape to Cabernet Sauvignon is the estate's oldest and hardiest varietal. Picked later in the harvest for a higher brix count. Aged 2.5 years in in Hungarian & French oak barrels.
