TASTING NOTES:
Bolstered with, but not overwhelmed by satiny tannins, this wine is a lighter red suitable for any occasion. Dual notes of raspberry and strawberry keep this wine fruit-forward and approachable. Perfect to try for those undecided about dry red wines.
WINEMAKER NOTES:
This parent grape to Cabernet Sauvignon is the estate's oldest and hardiest varietal. Picked later in the harvest for a higher brix count. Aged in French oak.
FOOD PAIRING:
Goat Cheese. Pasta. Roasted Peppers.
